Free Shipping Offer for Fundraisers

If your group has registered its fundraiser with Euro Coin Exchange, we would like to offer you an additional incentive.

Collect at least €500, £500, or any combination of euros, pounds and Canadian coins adding up to 500, and Euro Coin Exchange will reimburse your postage costs for shipping the coins to us.

In order to qualify, the coins must be mailed in a single Flat Rate Box issued by the United States Postal Service. Reimbursement is limited to the flat rate postage amount as published by the USPS on the date of mailing, and shall not include any additional services such as insurance, certified mail, etc. A customer may claim reimbursement for shipping more than one box, provided each box contains at least €500, £500, or any combination of euros, pounds and Canadian dollars adding up to 500. NOTE: You can mail a surprisingly large quantity of coins in a small or medium flat rate box.

Important: When shipping a medium-sized flat rate box, we strongly recommend that you pack your coins in a heavy plastic coin bag, just in case the box is damaged in transit. You can usually get one or more of these for free from your local bank.

(Tip: We do not recommend the use of large-sized flat rate boxes to mail coins. In addition to being too heavy if filled completely, the shape of the box causes the side-seams to split if filled with heavy coins. This is not a problem with the 11″x8.5″x5.5″ medium boxes, which are more cube-shaped.)

Special postage reimbursement offer for Canadian coins:

If your registered group collects and sends to us at least 25 pounds of Canadian coins in a single medium-sized Flat Rate Box issued by the United States Postal Service, we will reimburse your postage regardless of the total dollar amount enclosed in the box.
